Form a 31/2 x 5-inch card from or­ange card­stock. Cut a 31/2 x 5-inch panel from turquoise card­stock; ad­here to card.

Cut a 31/4 x 5-inch piece of black card­stock; em­boss with em­boss­ing folder. Ad­here to card. Round bot­tom cor­ners with cor­ner rounder. Set card aside. Bray med­ley of lime and turquoise paint on print­ing plate. Im­press plate with bub­ble wrap and round edge tool. Bur­nish; pull print. Let dry. Re­peat steps 4–6 twice, us­ing leaves sten­cil and pur­ple paint and hexagon sten­cil and pink paint. Die-cut tag from print. Stamp “boo” onto tag; sprin­kle em­boss­ing pow­der over word and heat-set. Knot a length of rib­bon; trim ends and ad­here to top of tag. Em­bel­lish tag with sticker and gems. Ad­here tag to card with foam tape.
