Form a 41/4 x 51/2-inch card from white cardstock.
Cut a 41/4 x 51/4-inch piece of dark gray cardstock; emboss with embossing folder. Diecut several bricks from black cardstock; adhere to embossed brick as shown.
Use finger to smear black pastel over embossed panel; lightly mist with water to set. Drip paints randomly onto panel; let dry.
Cut 41/4 x 1/2-inch strips of pink and orange cardstock; adhere to top and bottom of card as shown.
Wrap string three times around bottom of brick panel; tape ends to back. Center and adhere panel to card front.
Die-cut cross-stitch rectangle frame from lime green cardstock; trim frame to measure approximately 21/2 x 33/4 inches.
Cut a 21/2 x 33/4-inch rectangle from black cardstock and adhere to back of frame. Stamp sentiment onto black panel; sprinkle embossing powder over words and heat-set. Adhere to card with foam tape.
Tie a triple bow with string and adhere to card as shown.
