Hydration is key
Staying hydrated is important for your body’s organ function and cells. Strive for at least eight glasses of fluid each day. That doesn’t always mean water is all you can drink.

• Ice pops | Sports Drink • Herbal tea | Jell-O
• Soup broth | Decaffeinated coffee • Peppermint tea | V8 Juice
• Water with: lemon, lime, berries,
mint, watermelon, etc.
