No caregiver?
If you don’t have someone you would consider your caregiver, it’s extra important to take the steps necessary to get the support you need. Never feel like you have to handle your situation alone. Try to:

• Use the resources and professionals available to you
• Seek alternative options (i.e., home health care or community agencies),
if necessary
• Utilize local programs designed to make things easier for you
