Hybrid Tea Roses and Floribundas.

Rose blooms should be removed to allow growth of new blooms. They can be removed as they open and can then be taken into the house for everyone to enjoy. Be sure and cut above a leaf with five leaflets. If you cut too far back, you deprive the plant of the foliage it needs to manufacture food. Floribunda roses don't have long stems, so cut back to the first full leaf.

Each time you prune your roses, remember that you are providing them with the "vim, vigor and vitality" needed to produce awesome roses for years to come.

Take one flour tortilla (any size). Open a can of tomato or pasta sauce. Grate some cheese (mozzarella if possible).

Put the tortilla on a cookie sheet and cover with enough tomato sauce to lightly coat it. Place grated cheese about 1/4 inch thick. Add pepperoni, chopped kale, spinach, ham, green chiles, or use left-overs and be creative! Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven about fifteen minutes. Time will vary based on the tortilla size and layers, so check every few minutes to make sure the edges don’t burn.
