Johnson speaks of the thrill she experienced when she received lab results with her name on it as the ordering provider for the first time. Of her new position at Catron County Medical
Center, Johnson says she most looks forward to working with patients and serving as a “detective on health disparities to provide an answer to solutions and sometimes to just provide patient support in the unknown.” She cites the chance to serve in rural health care as her “dream job”.
