SF Valley 4-H News
On January 9, the San Francisco Valley 4-H Club held their first meeting for the year of 2018. All San Francisco Valley 4-H members signed up for the year's projects. We also discussed future dates for different events, including who would bring the refreshments and which members would be giving their presentations each month. On the February 13, the second Tuesday of the month, the San Francisco Valley 4-H members and their families attended the second meeting for the year.
We all discussed and finalized the future dates for the rabies clinic and the annual 4-H Bingo. The rabies clinic will be held on Saturday April 7 and the annual 4-H Bingo will be held April 28. So please feel free to join us! Everyone also gave a report on their projects for this year. During the meeting Mrs. Robertson and Mrs. Hemmer, the new leaders for the Cloverbuds, held some fun activities for the kids ages five to eight. After the meeting Corbin Becker and Brooke Becker gave their presentations concerning one of their projects for this year. Corbin talked about dairy goats and Brooke talked about the eight keys to success for market lambs.
