On Jan­uary 9, the San Fran­cisco Val­ley 4-H Club held their first meet­ing for the year of 2018. All San Fran­cisco Val­ley 4-H mem­bers signed up for the year's projects. We also dis­cussed fu­ture dates for dif­fer­ent events, in­clud­ing who would bring the re­fresh­ments and which mem­bers would be giv­ing their pre­sen­ta­tions each month. On the Fe­bru­ary 13, the se­cond Tues­day of the month, the San Fran­cisco Val­ley 4-H mem­bers and their fam­i­lies at­tended the se­cond meet­ing for the year.

We all dis­cussed and fi­nal­ized the fu­ture dates for the ra­bies clinic and the an­nual 4-H Bingo. The ra­bies clinic will be held on Satur­day April 7 and the an­nual 4-H Bingo will be held April 28. So please feel free to join us! Ev­ery­one also gave a re­port on their projects for this year. Dur­ing the meet­ing Mrs. Robert­son and Mrs. Hem­mer, the new lead­ers for the Clover­buds, held some fun ac­tiv­i­ties for the kids ages five to eight. Af­ter the meet­ing Corbin Becker and Brooke Becker gave their pre­sen­ta­tions con­cern­ing one of their projects for this year. Corbin talked about dairy goats and Brooke talked about the eight keys to suc­cess for mar­ket lambs.
