An­drew (Andy) Duff, 23, of died Jan­uary four-year bat­tle with os­teosar­coma. He was born Dec. 21, 1995, son of Brian and Danielle (Ouel­lette)

Duff. He at­tended Home­stead Wake­field Ele­men­tary and grad­u­ated from Pat­ter­son Mill High School in 2014, where he was a mem­ber of the golf team, con­cert and jazz bands. He at­tended Har­ford Com­mu­nity Col­lege to pur­sue a Com­puter Science de­gree un­til forced to stop due to the ex­ten­sive treat­ments he was re­ceiv­ing.

An­drew was a mem­ber of the Boy Scouts Troop 313, achiev­ing the rank of Life Scout. He at­tended Christ Our King Pres­by­te­rian Church in Bel Air. An­drew was an ar­dent Yu-Gi-Oh! du­eler, re­ceiv­ing two in­vi­ta­tions to the 2019 Yu-Gi-Oh! na­tional’s tour­na­ment. He was an avid base­ball and foot­ball fan, win­ning his com­pet­i­tive fan­tasy foot­ball league this year. He also en­joyed his­tory, lis­ten­ing to mu­sic, and keep­ing up with cur­rent events.

An­drew is sur­vived by his par­ents, Brian and Danielle, of Bel Air, MD; his sis­ter, Sarah; grand­mother, Rachel Ouel­lette, of Abing­don, MD; grand­fa­ther, Paul Ouel­lette, of Lake Wales, FL; three un­cles: Paul Ouel­lette, of Columbia, MD; Matthew (Anna) Ouel­lette, of Wood­side, CA; Dan (Me­lanie) Duff, of Elk­ton, MD; an aunt, Lau­ren Duff, of Elk­ton, MD; and three cousins: Simeon Ouel­lette, Carl Duff, and Owen Duff. He was pre­ceded by his pa­ter­nal grand­par­ents, Ed­ward and Lois Duff, of Port De­posit, MD.
