This long-running crime procedural closes out its 19th season with a taut finale called “Birds of a Feather,” which sees Agent Parker (Gary Cole) being framed for murder. Based strictly on the evidence, things don’t look good, so the NCIS team puts their jobs and possibly even their lives on the line to buy time as they scramble to uncover the truth. Sean Murray, Wilmer Valderrama, Brian Dietzen and Diona Reasonover also star. CBS has picked up “NCIS” for Season 20.
Host Jamie Foxx and his daughter, Corinne — also this show’s resident DJ — return for Season 5 of this fast-paced interactive game show that pits teams of two against each other and the clock as they attempt to identify some of the biggest hit songs of all time. Ultimately, the team that has banked the most money then goes up against Shazam, a popular song-identification app, for the chance to win $1 million. This season will see special themed episodes, among them one featuring teachers and another dedicated to heroes.
With Homecoming Week in progress, Thea (Camille Hyde) gets some upsetting news while Simone (Geffri Maya) grapples with her role on the tennis team in the season finale “Irreplaceable.” An interim coach fills in during Coach Marcus’ (Cory Hardrict) unexplained absence, creating conflict for Damon and JR (Peyton Alex Smith, Sylvester Powell) at the worst possible time.
