Shiffrin gets one for record book: Mikaela Shiffrin won the women’s slalom in Soldeu, An­dorra, and tied the all-time World Cup mark of 40 ca­reer wins in the dis­ci­pline with Swedish great Inge­mar Sten­mark. Shiffrin won by just 0.07 sec­onds over first-run leader Wendy Hold­ener.

Alexis Pin­tu­rault won the the fi­nal men’s gi­ant slalom of the sea­son and be­came the most pro­lific French skier on the 52-year World Cup cir­cuit with his 23rd ca­reer vic­tory.
