Chuy’s is a Tex- Mex restau­rant founded in 1982 in Austin, Texas, known for made- from- scratch dishes, fresh lime juice mar­gar­i­tas and its eclec­tic at­mos­phere. There are 98 Chuy’s lo­ca­tions in 19 states. Lo­cally, Chuy’s is in the Hamil­ton Place area at 2271 Gun­bar­rel Road.
