Quesadilla­s, spring veggies back at Track’s End

Spice and flavor are a package deal at Track’s End Restaurant, and with quesadilla­s back on the menu, your taste buds will be thanking you for quite a while. Mother-daughter team Julie and Shelby Hudson brought back the dish by popular demand.

“We have four kinds of quesadilla­s to choose from that are served with any two sides of your choice,” Julie said, listing options beef, chicken, steak or cheese. “We’re continuing to offer something for everyone with great variety.”

“Dessert is also bringing some new flavors with our tres leches cake, peanut butter pie and banana pudding,” Julie said.

Fish Fridays continues to be the special of choice for all the restaurant’s regulars. It features classic fried catfish served in either a plate option for $8.99 with five pieces of fish, two hush puppies, fries and coleslaw or an all-you-can-eat portion for $2 more with all the same great sides.

“All of our hush puppies are homemade, and we make our own batter for all the fish, which is handbatter­ed,” Julie said.

Patrons can enjoy the entire Track’s End menu all day, every day featuring a wide variety of meals from comfort foods such as meat and potatoes to more heart-healthy choices such as chef salad.

Guests can feel free to stop and dine-in or call ahead for their favorite takeout order to grab on the way home after a long day at work or being on the road.
