Spoon 1½ cups canned vanilla frost­ing into a pas­try bag or heavy-duty plas­tic bag; snip tip. Ar­range 24 store-bought round brownie bites on a bak­ing sheet. Pipe frost­ing around perime­ter of each brownie. Top brown­ies with 24 large whole strawberries (stems removed), cut-side down. Pipe each with a small dot of frost­ing and top with white choco­late chips. Re­frig­er­ate 30 min­utes to set. Makes 24.
