Romance sizzling for Valentine’s Day

Several Chattanooga restaurants will help set the mood for Valentine’s Day with romantic meals. Some of the promotions stretch over five days for couples who can’t make it on Tuesday. Some require reservations, which should be made ASAP.
Mexican restaurant, outside Hamilton Place, is cranking up the heat with Fajitas for Two plus free dessert. The promotion, priced at $29.99, runs today through Tuesday. The fajitas special offers a choice of up to four flavors of Abuelo’s fabulous fajitas: Marinated Steak or Chicken, Fajitas Al Pastor, Yucatan Shrimp, Fajitas Pescado, Vegetarian Fajitas or Bacon-wrapped Stuffed Shrimp. in the Bluff View Art District, will host its annual Valentine’s Wine Dinner on Saturday and Tuesday. The six-course meal will feature a selection of items from the restaurant’s award-winning menu, along with wines paired with each course. The price is $75 per person. Broad Street Grille
will offer its delectable buffet aimed at couples today, Saturday and Tuesday. The meal starts with choices including house-smoked shrimp, beet gazpacho shots and Caesar salad. Selections for the main course range from beef tenderloin and grilled chicken to chorizo-crusted Gulf grouper. Follow up with an array of decadent desserts. The price is $80 per couple. 203 Broad St., promises an Easy Valentine’s with its four-day tasting menu, offered Saturday through Tuesday.
