Shabo Dental provides specialized service with a smile, for your smile!

Since Dr. Drew Shabo moved to Chattanooga to begin his dental practice in 1999, he has had one focus: his patients.

Nearly 20 years later, Shabo Dental Smile Studio, owned by Dr. Shabo and his wife, Tina, have provided countless patients with a range of services, from standard cleanings to cosmetic dentistry to innovative procedures such as ready implant-supported teeth, which offers an alternative to those who are told they need dentures. Dr Shabo has more then 750 hours of continuous education in implants and another 250 in cosmetic dentistry and total mouth rehabilitation, patients can be assured their dentist is highly skilled and up-to-date on the latest techniques.

“[It's] the greatest thing in dentistry right now,” Tina Shabo said of implant-supported teeth. “.... It is basically like having your very own teeth back.” Dr. Drew Shabo gained his experience through Loma Linda University in California, which he graduated from in 1998. He then spent a year in Seattle, where his sister also owns a dental practice. However, Tina Shabo's Tennessee roots brought the couple to Chattanooga. They added the “smile studio” component to their business name as a tribute to their West Coast family's practice bearing the same name.

In addition to Dr. Shabo, the office has two other doctors who can assist patient‘s needs. Dr. Robert Block who is an Endodontist (Root Canal Specialist) and Dr. Robert Aiken, who has been practicing in the Chattanooga area for 35 years. Both are a great asset to the Shabo team, allowing patients to be seen immediately for almost any condition.

And though Shabo Dental is capable of providing highly specialized care, the dental office's prices are comparable to other area dentists and accepts nearly all forms of dental insurance, as well as other payment options, Tina Shabo said.
