VACATION HOME OPTIONS ABOUND

During Summer vacation months, many families toy with the idea of a beach front condo or home. If you are considerin­g a second home or vacation rental this year, there are a number of options to consider within a short drive of Chattanoog­a.

If you live in a more rural setting and like to “get away” to the city on the weekends, then a downtown condo or house may just be the ticket for you. There are numerous options that allow you to walk/ bike to all of the scenic city’s festivals and numerous local restaurant­s. If you are thinking about making this an incoming producing option, such as a Short-Term Vacation Rental, then check out the rules currently being put into place. Have you always dreamed of waterfront living and boating till sunset, but the costs of homes near your work are out of your price range, then consider these options?
