Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices J Douglas Properties Grand Opening

-

Back in April, The Edrington family, founders of the top selling real estate team in Chattanooga, started their very own franchise, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices J Douglas Properties. Aside from Chicago, Chattanooga becomes the second city with two Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brokerages. Passionate about real estate, professionalism and service, Doug Edrington and his family represent the Berkshire Hathaway’s brand and superlative reputation.

The brokerage is being led by real estate veteran, Doug Edrington, and assisted by his mother, Grace Edrington and father, George Edrington. Doug Edrington plans to build the business off of systems, processes, and relationships in a way that permits continuous growth. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices J Douglas Properties has already recruited The Kelly Jooma Team, an accomplished team of 11 members. The Jooma Team was attracted to the brokerage’s training, technology, culture, and growth opportunities.

The way that real estate is sold has changed and adapted over the years; therefore, CEO Doug Edrington emphasizes the value of teaching others how to best serve clients in a social media dominated market. He claims that nobody makes it to the top alone, so Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices J Douglas Properties’s culture is competitive and nurturing. The Edrington family wants Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices J Douglas Properties to be the most innovative and exciting place to work in Chattanooga.

The growth of Berkshire Hathaway HomerServices J Douglas Properties is prepared to take place in a nearly $3 million dollar renovated, 3-story building at 100 Tremont Street in NorthShore. The 12,000-squarefoot building features an open-office with relaxed environments for Realtors to work on projects, meet with clients, and receive training and coaching. The building also includes offices that mimic miniature houses with sidewalks, artificial grass, and corn hole boards. Not to mention, throughout the whole building and onto the rooftop there are panoramic views overlooking the downtown waterfront.

On October 4th, 2018, The Edrington’s and all of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices J Douglas Properties invites you to their Grand Opening event. The doors open at 4:00 PM with a ribbon cutting ceremony and a live band, local food, fun games, and open bar to follow. The company encourages the public to be a part of welcoming the newest Real Estate brokerage to town.

For the past 5 years The Edrington Team has been a top producing real estate team in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, ranking 7th in the nation in 2017. Additionally, the team sold 491 homes with a total value of $98 million, breaking a record for real estate in Chattanooga, according to the Chattanooga Realtors Multiple Listing Service. With their continued success, The Edrington Team progressed to a point where the dream of developing into their own brokerage became a reality. That is why this Grand Opening is a dream come true for The Edringtons.

Make sure you support this new business on Thursday, October, 4th from 4-10pm at 100 Tremont St. Chattanooga, TN 37405.
