The season of orange is upon us in Tennessee. For those donning orange from their ball caps to their backpacks to their sneakers — isn’t it about time you were rewarded for your loyalty to the color?
El Meson has you covered. Both El Meson locations are now showcasing both college football and NFL Sunday Ticket on their multiple big-screen, high-definition TVs located throughout the restaurants, including on their patios. During games, El Meson offers different food and drink specials, with “extra special” specials during Tennessee games, said Tony Ruiz, owner of the Hixson location.
For example, you can get festive with $3 shots of its fruity orange moonshine. Or, when you wear your orange gear to watch the game at El Meson, every time Tennessee scores you get a free ground beef or chicken taco.
And the same goes for fans wearing Tennessee Titans colors during NFL games, Tony said.
Yes, it is the most festive season of the year for the football-loving owners of El Meson. But really, when isn’t it?
“Our Hixson location turns 10 next year. We’re already getting ready for it,” said Tony.
