Paper veers away from core values

Dear publisher and editors, please read your Statement of Core Values, found on page A2. Your extreme leftwing bias has become no secret. The biggest story on Saturday about our president and the Mueller investigation is buried on page 6, with a very misleading headline (“Mueller disputes story that Trump told lawyer to lie”). The story broke around 8:30 p.m. on Friday and should have been a headline on the front page of the next day’s paper. Instead, the front page covers a very biased story about Nancy Pelosi. Do you really think she and her team could have traveled commercially to Afghanistan and kept it a secret? Of course not. Instead, blame President Trump. Either abide by your published Core Values or change them to represent who you really are.
