Wall Street expects that Abbott Laboratories capped a solid 2018 with another strong quarter.

Financial analysts predict the maker of infant formula, medical devices and drugs will report today that its fourth-quarter earnings and revenue increased from a year earlier. That would match Abbott’s results in the first three quarters of the year.
