Food residue observed on multiple washed utensils and food surfaces in dish pit. Insufficie­nt washing of utensils and pans. Roach activity observed around mop sink. Soiled towel stored on dry storage rack. Significan­t water pooling in dish pit. Multiple nonfood-contact surfaces soiled or dirty.

85 Panda Express 484 Northgate Mall Road; reasons include no health policy available. Lowboy veggie and raw meat cooler holding raw shrimp at 46 degrees Fahrenheit. Kale holding at 49 degrees. Kale discarded. Liquid eggs stored in original container in larger pan above cold line on top of lowboy cooler. Egg unable to maintain correct temperatur­e with product stored that way. Tops of starch, sugar and brown rice covered in standing water from prep sink. Prep sink faucet in poor repair.
