Soiled towel stored on dry storage rack. Significant water pooling in dish pit. Multiple nonfood-contact surfaces soiled or dirty.

Kale discarded. Liquid eggs stored in original container in larger pan above cold line on top of lowboy cooler. Egg unable to maintain correct temperature with product stored that way. Tops of starch, sugar and brown rice covered in standing water from prep sink. Prep sink faucet in poor repair.
