Gene Clark

RINGG2/' Gene Clark, , a lifelong resident of Ringgold G$, passed away on Saturday May 7th encircled by loving family and friends.

$ lifelong resident of the Ringgold area he was a member of Ringgold First Bap tist Church. Gene was a veteran of WWII, and proud to have served his country transporting heavy ar tillery for the 8S $rmy across (urope. This led to a career as a teamster for Mason 'i[on /ines Trucking Co. Many of Gene¶s days were spent hap pily fishing with his brothers, sisters, and good friends in Horseshoe Beach, F/.

Gene is preceded in death by his wife Bettye, son Tim my, and his twin brother Jack, brothers, Robert, Herman, Jes sie, William ³Bill´, Raymond ³Bay´ and sisters Marguerite Felker and Rebecca ³Betty $nn´ Swanson.

He is survived by his daughter Nina Mike Craw ford daughter in law Melony Clark grandson 'aniel Clark granddaughters (li]abeth Crawford, (mily (ric Crab tree, Stephanie Shannon Sul livan, Rebekah John 'avid Cason, Bryan, Shera and /es ley Simpson several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held P.M. Wednesday, May 11, at $nderson Memorial Gardens with Rev. Bruce Sloan and Rev. 'anny Hamby officiating. The fami ly will receive friends ±
