78 Cali Munchies at 343 N. Hamilton St. in Dalton, Georgia. Reasons included employee drinks in reach-in cooler with other ready-to-eat items; Parmesan cheese held uncovered; multiple items with no date marking; sour cream not date-marked; drink in jug unidentified with no label; no hair restraints worn by employees and the permit from previous inspections was not posted.

86 8 Fahrenheit Ice Cream at 1913 Gunbarrel Road. Reasons included no paper towels at either hand sink; no sanitizer available for dishes at time of inspection; employee with no knowledge on how to correctly set up the triple sink to wash dishes, and dirty shelving inside front reach-in cooler.

86 Ray’s Southern Cuisine at 2078 N. Main St., LaFayette, Georgia. Reasons included multiple foods in reach-in cooler over temperature limit and the cook changed gloves without washing hands in between tasks during the inspection.

87 Famous Wok at 3040 Battlefield Parkway in Fort Oglethorpe. Reasons included hot water at the handwashing sink in food preparation/service area was only capable of reaching between 78-83 degrees Fahrenheit and several cold foods being held at or above 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
