— 8-10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, at the Walker Theatre at 399 McCallie Ave. David E. Altig, an economist with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, will give his annual economic outlook following a light breakfast. Tickets are $40 and are available from the Chattanoog­a Chamber of Commerce.
