Pros­e­cu­tors say a man hit two Chicago po­lice of­fi­cers and tried to dis­arm one of them dur­ing a Fri­day af­ter­noon en­counter at the Cer­mak-Chi­na­town CTA Red Line sta­tion in the South Loop.
