He was a self-made man, being the owner of M & R Wrecking in McCook for 30 years, and co-owner of Buck’s Pit Stop in Hodgkins. Buck never met a stranger and lived life to the fullest and was very generous to all. He had a warm and caring heart and touched many lives. A perfect ten for a husband, he held Diane’s hand and told her he loved her every day. A life well-lived, a race now complete. He had taken his final lap.
