Background:

Graham started 39 games and had eight interceptions in his first three years at Oregon before sitting out last season because of coronavirus concerns. He worked on his straight-line speed and showed it off at the Senior Bowl.

The skinny: Graham’s athleticism doesn’t jump off the page, but he has been a productive, smart player since his freshman year. Pro Football Focus considered him the No. 76 prospect in the draft. If he comes close to that, he’ll be a steal.
