Marge is survived by her husband, Bruno Lemons of Hainesville, IL (Formerly Chicago,IL); Children, Robert Richard Lemons, Michael Allen (Ivette) Lemons; Siblings, Marilyn (Richard) Armstrong, Bobbie Lestina and Janice (Denny) Dubicz; Grandchildren, Madi and Dylan; Nieces and Nephews, Alicia, Sabrina, Douglas, Katherine, Jeanette, Adam, Amanda, Nick and Matt; Loving dog Monty and many other Family & Friends. She is preceded in death by Parents Robert & Beatrice Lestina of Westchester, IL and child Michael Wade Lemons.

Marge was born on November 6, 1943 in Oak Park, IL to Robert & Beatrice Lestina. She graduated from Proviso West H.S. in 1961. She married her dance partner Bruno in 1963. Marge had many jobs in her lifetime other than mom and home cook. Most notably she was a waitress at Ferndells Restuarant (North & Pulaski) for 25 years working the breakfast shift where she met many people. After that she was a Field Representative at US Dept. of Commerce, Bureau of the Census for 17 years where she conducted surveys.

The couple welcomed 2 children into their home and Marge set about teaching them compassion and strength. Her children remember her as a kind and gentle mother who was always there when she was needed. Her cooking skills were one of the best qualities she had, whether it was for her own family or groups of friends gathered for a good time. Marge had the most infectious laugh that would fill the room and create a chain reaction of laughter even if they did not know what she was laughing about. She also loved traveling the world with her Family, going to destinations like Florida, Las Vegas, Mexico and Hawaii. She loved her family so much especially her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure to know her.

Services will be scheduled for a later time to celebrate Marge’s life with a memorial. All are welcome to attend and celebrate.
