Middle linebacker Brian Urlacher (knee) did not practice Thursday, and safety Chris Conte (dislocated shoulder) and punter

(hip flexor) practiced on a limited basis. Urlacher is expected to start, Conte is questionable and Podlesh is unlikely to play. Craig Steltz would start for Conte, and rookie Ryan Quigley
