CHICAGO’S DEVIN OUT ON ‘IDOL’

“American Idol’s” three remaining male contestants gleaned the fewest viewer votes on Thursday’s results show. The guy at the very bottom: Chicago’s own Devin Velez, a high school senior from Portage Park. Without a “save” from the judges, Devin was sent packing.
