Funeral services for Wayne Arthur Doyle, 77 will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2013 beginning with prayers at 9:00am at Morizzo Funeral Home, 2550 Hassell Rd., Hoffman Estates proceeding to 10:00 funeral mass at Maryville Academy Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapel, 1100 N. River Rd., Des Plaines. Interment will be at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine, IL. Visitation will be held Monday, September 30, 2013 from 3:00-9:00pm at the funeral home.

Wayne was born May, 28, 1936 on the Westside of Chicago to Julia (Siekierka) and Arthur Doyle, he passed away peacefully, September 26, 2013 with his loving wife Alicia by his side. He worked for Bankers Life and Casualty for 39 years. After retiring from Bankers he joined Menards in Hoffman Estates for about 10 years. He was a lifelong Chicago White Sox fan and Notre Dame fan, avid gardener and reader, stamp and coin collector but above all else cherished his wife, children and grandchildren.

Wayne was the adoring husband of 47 years to Alicia (nee Alvarez); loving father of Amada (Dean) Giordano and Peter (Michele); proud grandfather of Caelan, Kiera, Aiden and the late Faith; fond brother of Barbara (Bill) Shanahan, Ruth (Ed) Tomko, the late Teri and the late AnneMarie; dear uncle of many nieces and nephews and friend to many. He will be missed by all those whose lives he touched.
