BEST BREWERY TASTING ROOM

-

Begyle Brewing’s tasting room, which opened in January, may not look like much: There are no tables or menus, and you can’t even purchase a pint. But the good folks at Begyle are more than happy to pour you a taste of any and every beer on tap, as well as talk about each one. They might even take you back to have a peek at their brewing process if you ask. I’d try Comb the Desert ($6.99 for a 22-oz. bottle), a tasty new schwarzbier brewed in collaboration with Fountainhead chef Cleetus Friedman that you can’t buy anywhere else. Growlers (64 oz.), $12; halfgrowlers (32 oz.), $8/$6 on Wednesdays; bottles (22 oz.), $6.99-$8.99. 1800 W. Cuyler,
