Siemian should play vs. Titans

-

Trevor Siemian is on track to return to the Broncos on Sunday at Tennessee barring a setback.

Coach Gary Kubiak officially listed Siemian as 50- 50 but indicated that if he shows up Saturday like he did Friday — without pain or soreness and able to move around — he’ll be back under center when the Broncos ( 8- 4) face the Titans ( 6- 6).

Siemian showed mobility and zip at practice while splitting snaps with Paxton Lynch again.

Kubiak said he’ll make his decision Saturday, but it was apparent that Siemian will start if healthy.

“Yeah, just [ see] how he’s coming in. He came in today, he felt good. We pushed him a little bit harder today,” Kubiak said.

Vikings safety Harrison Smith ( sprained left ankle) and center Joe Berger ( concussion) will not play against the host Jaguars.

This and that

The 49ers signed tight end Vance McDonald to a five- year extension worth a reported $ 35 million, including $ 16 million guaranteed.

Suspended Raiders pass rusher Aldon Smith met with commissioner Roger Goodell in hopes of being reinstated fromhis substanceabuse ban. Smith was suspended for one year in November 2015.

The NFL suspended Saints safety Kenny Vaccaro and Browns receiver Jordan Payton for four games for violating league rules on performance- enhancing drugs.

Oakland and Alameda County leaders will vote Tuesday on a plan to build a $ 1.3 billion football stadium at the Coliseum site to keep the Raiders from moving to Las Vegas. The Raiders had no comment on the plan.

The NFL announced that it will hold four games in London in 2017, up from three this season.
