Bukowski, James C. "Jim"

Beloved son of the late Frank J. and Elizabeth H. (nee Rysiek) passed away peacefully on January 9, 2019, in Wautoma, WI. Jim was born June 2, 1945, in Chicago, IL. Jim was a proud combat veteran of the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his companion and caretaker, Judy Fensick; and his brother, Frank L. and Phyllis Bukowski. He was also brother of the late Patricia Forgue (William). Jim was the uncle of Karen, Sharon, Bill, Frank V., and Vincent. He was greatuncle to six.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
