THE CHEAT SHEET

-

REDSKINS at PACKERS

Time: Noon, Fox-32.

Line: Packers by 13. Total: 41½. 2018 records (overall/ATS): Skins 3-9/5-7; Packers 9-3/8-4. Outlook: Don’t look now, but the Redskins are 3-4 under native South Sider Bill Callahan after back-to-back wins over the Lions and Panthers — three of the losses are to the 49ers (10-2), Vikings (84) and Bills (9-3).

Pick: Packers 31, Redskins 13.

COLTS at BUCCANEERS

Time: Noon.

Line: Buccaneers by 3. Total: 47. Records (overall/ATS): Colts 6-6/6-5-1; Buccaneers 5-7/4-8. Outlook: Colts have hit the skids, losing four of their last five after a 5-2 start. The only win is over the upstreaming Jaguars. With a withering run game vs. the Bucs’ No. 2 run ‘‘D,’’ not a great matchup. Pick: Buccaneers 23, Colts 21.

DOLPHINS at JETS

Time: Noon.

Line: Jets by 5½. Total: 45. Records (overall/ATS): Dolphins 3-9/6-6; Jets 4-8/5-7.

Outlook: After opening in obvious tank mode (outscored 163-26 in four losses), the Dolphins have changed course and played football — winning three of their last five (Jets, Colts and Eagles). Pick: Jets 35, Dolphins 28.

49ERS at SAINTS

Time: Noon.

Line: Saints by 2½. Total: 44½. Records (overall/ATS): 49ers 102/7-4-1; Saints 10-2/8-4. Outlook: Niners have lost only to the Seahawks in OT and to the Ravens on a last-second FG last week. But two road trips in two weeks against another quality team is a lot to ask for.

Pick: Saints 24, 49ers 21.

BRONCOS at TEXANS

Time: Noon.

Line: Texans by 9½. Total: 41½. Records (overall/ATS): Broncos 4-8/7-5; Texans 8-4/6-6. Outlook: Texans have to avoid a letdown after a big win over the Patriots last week. Vic Fangio’s Broncos are on a high themselves after a 23-20 win over the Chargers last week.

Pick: Texans 24, Broncos 14.

RAVENS at BILLS

Time: Noon, Ch. 2.

Line: Ravens by 6. Total: 43½. Records (overall/ATS): Ravens 10-2/6-6; Bills 9-3/8-3-1. Outlook: Even after beating the Cowboys, the Bills still have beaten only one team that currently has a winning record — the 7-5 Titans. Pick: Ravens 26, Bills 14.

BENGALS at BROWNS

Time: Noon.

Line: Browns by 8½. Total: 41. Records (overall/ATS): Bengals 1-11/5-7; Browns 5-7/4-7-1. Outlook: Bengals are 0-5 SU on the road, but 4-1 ATS, and Andy Dalton’s return at QB seems to give them a sense of purpose. Pick: Browns 20, Bengals 17.

TITANS at RAIDERS

Time: 3:25 p.m.

Line: Titans by 3. Total: 47. Records (overall/ATS): Titans 7-5/6-5-1; Raiders 6-6/6-6. Outlook: Ryan Tannehill was a bust in Miami but has been a hit in Tennessee — 5-1 SU/ATS since he replaced Marcus Mariota.

Pick: Raiders 23, Titans 17.

CHIEFS at PATRIOTS

Time: 3:25 p.m., Ch. 2.

Line: Patriots by 3. Total: 48½. Records (overall/ATS): Chiefs 8-4/7-5; Patriots 10-2/7-5. Outlook: This looks like one of those playoff previews the Patriots lose in the regular season, then win when it really counts.

Pick: Chiefs 38, Patriots 35.

SEAHAWKS at RAMS

Time: 7:20 p.m., Ch. 5.

Line: Pick ’em. Total: 47½. Records (overall/ATS): Seahawks 10-2/7-5; Rams 7-5/8-4. Outlook: Robert Woods helps, but it’s hard to tell if the Rams are “back” after beating the Cardinals. Pick: Seahawks 24, Rams 23.

GIANTS at EAGLES

Time: 7:15 p.m. Monday, ESPN. Line: Eagles by 10. Total: 46. Records (overall/ATS): Giants 2-10/4-8; Eagles 5-7/4-8. Outlook: Eagles have won the last five in this series but are only 2-3 ATS. Eli Manning expected to start. Pick: Eagles 20, Giants 13.
