THE CHEAT SHEET

-

RAVENS at BEARS

Time: Noon, Ch. 2.

Line: Ravens by 4½. Total: 45. Records (overall/ATS): Ravens 6-3/6-3; Bears 3-6/3-6. Outlook: Bears are coming off a bye with an offense that is improving with QB Justin Fields — 410 yards against the Steelers last time out. But they’re still banged up. Ravens have been skittish but scored 23 vs. Vic Fangio and 34 vs. Brandon Staley, so ...

Pick: Ravens 26, Bears 17.

LIONS at BROWNS

Time: Noon.

Line: Browns by 11½. Total: 43½. Records (overall/ATS): Lions 0-8-1/5-4; Browns 5-5/5-5. Outlook: Browns have played a tough schedule and are licking their wounds after getting totally outclassed by the Patriots last week in a 45-7 loss. They’ll take it out on the winless Lions.

Pick: Browns 33, Lions 13.

COLTS at BILLS

Time: Noon.

Line: Bills by 7. Total: 50. Records (overall/ATS): Colts 5-5/6-4; Bills 6-3/5-3-1. Outlook: Bills responded as expected after losing to the Jaguars with a 45-17 rout of the Jets. Colts are game with hot-andcold Carson Wentz, but his is not a good matchup for them.

Pick: Bills 31, Colts 20.

TEXANS at TITANS

Time: Noon.

Line: Titans by 10. Total: 44½. Records (overall/ATS): Texans 1-8/4-5; Titans 8-2/7-3. Outlook: Texans have scored single-digit points in five of their last seven, but the two exceptions are against the Rams (38-22) and Patriots (25-22). So this is a tougher call than it looks.

Pick: Titans 26, Texans 17.

DOLPHINS at JETS

Time: Noon.

Line: Dolphins by 3. Total: 45. Records (overall/ATS): Dolphins 3-7/4-5-1; Jets 2-7/2-7.

Outlook: Dolphins are coming off long rest after shutting down Lamar Jackson and the Ravens on Thursday night in Week 10. Joe Flacco starting for the Jets.

Pick: Jets 23, Dolphins 20.

BENGALS at RAIDERS

Time: 3:05 p.m.

Line: Bengals by 1. Total: 49½. Records (overall/ATS): Bengals 5-4/4-5; Raiders 5-4/4-5. Outlook: The Raiders are on tilt a bit, losing two straight after the Henry Ruggs incident. There’s no telling when they’ll pull out of that funk. The Bengals also have lost two straight since thumping the Ravens on the road but are coming off a bye.

Pick: Raiders 24, Bengals 21 (OT).

COWBOYS at CHIEFS

Time: 3:25 p.m., Fox-32.

Line: Chiefs by 2½. Total: 56. Records (overall/ATS): Cowboys 7-2/8-1; Chiefs 6-4/3-7.

Outlook: Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes are building momentum with three straight wins, including a 41-14 rout of the Raiders on the road last week that might have signaled an offensive rebirth. Pick: Chiefs 30, Cowboys 26.

CARDINALS at SEAHAWKS

Time: 3:25 p.m.

Line: Cardinals by 2½. Total: 48. Records (overall/ATS): Cardinals 8-2/7-3; Seahawks 3-6/5-4. Outlook: Cardinals have lost two of three but could regain QB Kyler Murray, who missed the last two. Russell Wilson should be better in his second game back, but his finger still might be a problem. Pick: Seahawks 19, Cardinals 17.

STEELERS at CHARGERS

Time: 7:20 p.m., Ch. 5.

Line: Chargers by 5½. Total: 47. Records (overall/ATS): Steelers 5-3-1/3-6; Chargers 5-4/5-4. Outlook: The Chargers have lost three of four (1-3 ATS) after a 4-1 start. But the Steelers are shorthanded, with Minkah Fitzpatrick likely out, T.J. Watt questionable and Ben Roethlisberger in doubt. Pick: Chargers 27, Steelers 17.

GIANTS at BUCCANEERS

Time: 7:15 p.m. Mon., ESPN, ESPN2. Line: Bucs by 11½. Total: 49½. Records (overall/ATS): Giants 3-6/5-4; Buccaneers 6-3/3-6. Outlook: Bucs coach Bruce Arians read his team the riot act after a disappointing performance coming out of the bye. They figure to respond on the big stage of “MNF.” Pick: Buccaneers 30, Giants 17.
