THE CHEAT SHEET

-

BEARS at PACKERS

Time: 7:20 p.m., Ch. 5.

Line: Packers by 12½. Total: 43. Records (overall/ATS): Bears 4-8/4-8; Packers 9-2/10-2. Outlook: The Bears should be invigorated by the return of rookie QB Justin Fields, plus the possible returns of WR Allen Robinson and DE Akiem Hicks. And Roquan Smith is playing at an All-Pro level. The Packers, though, counter with the ultimate trump card in Aaron Rodgers. Bears have lost their last five vs. the Packers (0-5 ATS) — by 10, 19, 16, 8 and 7 points.

Pick: Packers 31, Bears 17.

COWBOYS at WASHINGTON

Time: Noon, Fox-32.

Line: Cowboys by 4. Total: 48. Records (overall/ATS): Cowboys 8-4/9-3; Washington 6-6/5-7. Outlook: Ron Rivera doing his usual bang-up job. Washington has won four straight (4-0 ATS) with Taylor Heinicke at QB after a 2-6 start. Makes you wonder what might have happened had Lovie Smith not fired Rivera after the 2006 Super Bowl season. The Cowboys, though, are picking up steam after a midseason slump. Pick: Cowboys 24, Washington 17.

JAGUARS at TITANS

Time: Noon.

Line: Titans by 8½. Total: 43½. Records (overall/ATS): Jaguars 2-10/4-8; Titans 8-4/7-5. Outlook: Coming off back-toback losses to the Patriots (no shame there) and Texans (a lot of shame there), Mike Vrabel’s Titans will be motivated to reestablish themselves as contenders in the AFC coming out of the bye. But without RB Derrick Henry and WR A.J. Brown, that will be difficult. Jaguars have lost four straight. Pick: Titans 17, Jaguars 10.

RAIDERS at CHIEFS

Time: Noon, Ch. 2.

Line: Chiefs by 9½. Total: 48. Records (overall/ATS): Raiders 6-6/5-7; Chiefs 8-4/5-7.

Outlook: Chiefs are 5-0 SU/3-2 ATS after a 3-4 start. While Patrick Mahomes still has been mortal during the hot streak (83.0 rating, 9 TDs, 6 INTs), the Chiefs’ defense has carried the load. The Chiefs are second in the NFL in points allowed since Week 6 (13.7) after being last in the first five weeks (32.6).

Pick: Chiefs 30, Raiders 18.

FALCONS at PANTHERS

Time: Noon.

Line: Panthers by 2½. Total: 42½. Records (overall/ATS): Falcons 5-7/5-7; Panthers 5-7/5-7. Outlook: Panthers are coming off their bye and looking for the newcoordinator bump after replacing Joe Brady with RB coach Jeff Nixon. They’ll run more but won’t have Christian McCaffrey.

Pick: Falcons 21, Panthers 17.

GIANTS at CHARGERS

Time: 3:05 p.m.

Line: Chargers by 10. Total: 43. Records (overall/ATS): Giants 4-8/6-6; Chargers 7-5/6-6. Outlook: The Giants are mired in a little difficulty with QB Daniel Jones out, backup Mike Glennon coming off a concussion and Jake Fromm possibly playing in his first NFL game — and they weren’t very good to begin with.

Pick: Chargers 27, Giants 10.

LIONS at BRONCOS

Time: 3:05 p.m.

Line: Broncos by 8½. Total: 42. Records (overall/ATS): Lions 1-10-1/8-4; Broncos 6-6/6-6. Outlook: The Lions are due for a letdown after their last-play, 29-27 victory over the Vikings last week snapped a 15-game winless streak. Vic Fangio predictably has the Broncos’ defense at peak level. Pick: Broncos 17, Lions 7.

49ERS at BENGALS

Time: 3:25 p.m.

Line: 49ers by 1. Total: 48½. Records (overall/ATS): 49ers 6-6/5-7; Bengals 7-5/6-6. Outlook: Niners’ offense is unpredictable — shut out in the second half after scoring 23 points in the first half in a loss to the Seahawks. Bengals’ defense was shredded by Justin Herbert.

Pick: 49ers 27, Bengals 24 (OT).

RAMS at CARDINALS

Time: 7:15 p.m. Monday, ESPN. Line: Cardinals by 2½. Total: 51½. Records (overall/ATS): Rams 8-4/5-7; Cardinals 10-2/9-3. Outlook: The Cardinals whipped the Rams 37-20 at SoFi Stadium in Week 4, but for some reason they aren’t as good at home this season (3-2 SU/2-3 ATS). Rams could step it up in a prime-time game.

Pick: Rams 24, Cardinals 23.
