THE CHEAT SHEET

-

BEARS at GIANTS

Time: Noon, Fox-32.

Line: Giants by 3½. Total: 39½. Records (overall/ATS): Bears 2-1/1-1-1; Giants 2-1/2-1. Outlook: Giants are one of several teams getting a surprising amount of respect from the oddsmakers — especially on a short week after losing to the Cowboys and Cooper Rush as home faves on MNF. Bears have a chance to win outright, but their offense can’t be trusted. Pick: Giants 17, Bears 16.

VIKINGS vs. SAINTS

Time: 8:30 a.m., in London, NFL Network.

Line: Vikings by 2½. Total: 43½. Records (overall/ATS): Vikings 2-1/1-2; Saints 1-2/0-3. Outlook: This isn’t a prime-time game — where Kirk Cousins often struggles — but the overseas trip doesn’t seem like the kind of situation where he’d thrive. Dalvin Cook has a dislocated shoulder. Pick: Saints 26, Vikings 24.

JAGUARS at EAGLES

Time: Noon.

Line: Eagles by 6½. Total: 45½. Records (overall/ATS): Jaguars 2-1/2-1; Eagles 3-0/3-0. Outlook: Don’t look now, but Trevor Lawrence is starting to look like the No. 1 overall pick in the draft — ratings of 121.5 and 115.5 (5 TDs, 0 INTs) in victories over the Colts (24-0) and Chargers (38-10). Pick: Eagles 31, Jaguars 27.

CHARGERS at TEXANS

Time: Noon.

Line: Chargers by 5½. Total: 44½. Records (overall/ATS): Chargers 1-2/2-1; Texans 0-2-1/2-0-1. Outlook: Justin Herbert gutted it out last week against the Jaguars but wasn’t very good in a 38-10 loss. He should be better here, with WR Keenan Allen likely returning. Pick: Chargers 27, Texans 20.

TITANS at COLTS

Time: Noon.

Line: Colts by 3. Total: 42½. Records (overall/ATS): Titans 1-2/1-2; Colts 1-1-1/1-2. Outlook: Both teams bounced back from tough starts, but the Colts were more impressive, beating the Chiefs 20-17.

SEAHAWKS at LIONS

Time: Noon.

Line: Lions by 4½. Total: 48½. Records (overall/ATS): Seahawks 1-2/1-2; Lions 1-2/3-0.

JETS at STEELERS

Time: Noon.

Line: Steelers by 3. Total: 41½. Records (overall/ATS): Jets 1-2/ 1-2; Steelers 1-2/1-1-1.

Pick: Steelers 26, Jets 19.

BILLS at RAVENS

Time: Noon, Ch. 2.

Line: Bills by 3. Total: 51. Records (overall/ATS): Bills 2-1/2-1; Ravens 2-1/2-1. Outlook: Bills’ offense figures to respond after scoring 17 points off of 497 total yards last week. Pick: Bills 34, Ravens 30.

PATRIOTS at PACKERS

Time: 3:25 p.m., Ch. 2.

Line: Packers by 9½. Total: 39½. Records (overall/ATS): Patriots 1-2/0-2-1; Packers 2-1/2-1. Outlook: Pats will do a better job against Aaron Rodgers than they did vs. Lamar Jackson last week. Pick: Packers 20, Patriots 14.

Line: Raiders by 2½. Total: 45½. Records (overall/ATS): Broncos 2-1/1-2; Raiders 0-3/0-3. Outlook: Broncos QB Russell Wilson struggling (83.2 rating), but he still knows how to win.
