Outsourcing of jobs

-

In the past fewweeks, I have had to contact customer service and tech support. These phone callswere answered by people in other countries such as India, Costa Rica and the Philippines.

What I find troubling, with so many Americans out ofwork and scrambling to pay for housing, food and health care for their families, is that these jobs, which could be done by our fellow neighbors, are being outsourced to other countries. And the revenue is created here.

Charity begins at home, which means our citizens should get these jobs before them. Maybe, soon-to-be President Joe Biden and Congress can find away to stop this practice.
