So many shameful lines
Back in the 1960s and ’70s, we used to look with disdain at pictures of people in the Soviet Unionwaiting in long lines for food and other necessities. Fastforward to theUnited States today, where peoplewait for hours to vote, to get a COVID-19 test and nowto get the vaccine, and, yes, even for food and other necessities.
Shame on us.
