Neal Anthony Singer, 55 of Wilmette IL, born in

Skokie IL. Beloved husband of Hillary and loving father of Reid and Dean. Survived by brother, Gary and in laws, Sally and Herbert Loeb III. He was preceded in death by his brother Greg and parents Elaine and Gerald. He was a graduate of Deerfield High School and American University. A homebuildi­ng veteran, Neal owned Mayfair Developmen­t and built over 200 homes in the Chicagolan­d area. He also worked at Burnside Constructi­on as well as DR Horton amongst others. Neal enjoyed making deals and high-quality developmen­ts. He was most proud of his conversion of a vintage warehouse into luxury apartment rentals in Cleveland, OH, which today is a landmark developmen­t. Sadly, Neal suddenly passed away, 06/13/21, while in NC where he started a job with Mungo Homes, a division of Berkshire Hathaway. Neal was also a survivor and true warrior of a double lung transplant on 12/20/19 and the hard work of “coming back to life.” Funeral service will be held on Monday, June
