- seeks a Lead, Solutions Consulting to design, build, and test software applications and solutions. Translate business requirements into systems design and oversee the development and testing of application change projects. Conduct feasibility studies, design systems solutions for complex data processing projects, and support

the applications on a scheduled basis. Test and maintain computer programs, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging. Maintain oversight over requirements and scope throughout the delivery cycle for transformational activities. Provide technical consulting to systems and business units,

and act as a liaison with other system areas. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with software design, development, testing, and implementation. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience with coding and debugging software applications; 5 years of experience translating business requirements into workable systems solutions; 5 years of experience with conducting

feasibility studies for complex data processing projects and preparing project phase reports; 5 years of experience with Fundmaster application and Global Custody; 5 years of experience with all phases of the systems development lifecycle; and 5 years of experience with AS400, CL, FTP, ILE, Implementer, MQ, RPG, SQL, and Stored Procedures.
