Torch spreads Olympics spirit
The Olympic Torch Relay headed towards the opening ceremony of the Winter Games in Beijing on Feb 4 with the help of luminaries from the world of sports and diplomacy.
On its way to the opening ceremony, the Olympic flame was carried through the three competition zones in Beijing, Yanqing and Zhangjiakou. The torch relay was greeted with enthusiasm along its entire route which was shortened by measures to curb the spread of COVID-19.
