OLLIE CLARK’S O GAUGE LAYOUT
The Lionel Flying Yankee passenger train departing the main station on Ollie Clark’s 61⁄ x 71⁄ 2- foot three-rail
2 home display wasn’t originally a Christmas gift to him, but it honestly could have been. This nonagenarian has been enjoying toy trains for as long as he can remember, and his memory stretches back to the 1930s, when Lionel introduced its classic O gauge model of the Boston & Maine streamliner. His grandson Henry Nalence snapped this picture while visiting Ollie in Maple Glen, Pa., making sure to arrange several of the vintage vehicles and die-cast metal figures near the prewar trains and accessories.
