Are you ready to eat clean? Our #Clean14 Challenge is back!
This fall, we’re challenging you to eat nothing but nourishing, wholesome foods for a fun, two-week reboot. We’re also focusing on gut-healing ingredients and incorporating antioxidant-rich foods to boost energy and improve mood. There’s no calorie counting here. We’re eating pure, clean foods prepared simply and deliciously. Our plan is free of processed foods, alcohol, gluten, sugar and dairy; it’s Paleo-friendly, replete with healing spices and brimming with plantbased foods. It’s easy to follow, flexible and you won’t feel deprived. In addition to better health and increased energy, you might notice a few unintended side effects – like a better mood and looser pants!
