Hard-boil 6 eggs; cool. Peel, chop and place in a bowl. Stir in 2 av­o­ca­dos, peeled, pit­ted and diced, zest of 1 lime, 1∕3 cup chopped fresh cilantro, ¼ cup chopped fresh chives, ½ tsp black pep­per,

¼ tsp salt and 1∕8 tsp red pep­per flakes (optional). (Makes 2 serv­ings.)
