MAKES ABOUT 8 TBSP.
2 tbsp each ground coriander and turmeric powder
2 tsp each ground cumin, fenugreek seeds and ground ginger
1 tsp each dry mustard and ground nutmeg
3∕4 tsp each ground black pepper, ground cinnamon and ground cardamom 1∕4 tsp ground allspice
1∕2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
In a small jar or container, mix together all ingredients.
HOW TO USE IT: Add 1 to 3 tbsp to stews or soups; blend 1 to 2 tsp into salad dressing or dips; sprinkle 1 to 2 tbsp on a batch of vegetables before roasting; stir 1 to 2 tsp into chicken, egg or potato salad.
