MAKES ABOUT 5 TBSP. 3 tbsp chile powder 2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp each garlic powder, dried oregano, onion powder, paprika and sea salt
½ tsp ground black pepper 1∕8 tsp ground cinnamon
1∕8 to ¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper, optional
In a small jar or container, mix together all ingredients.
