MAKES ABOUT 5 TBSP. 3 tbsp chile pow­der 2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp each gar­lic pow­der, dried oregano, onion pow­der, pa­prika and sea salt

½ tsp ground black pep­per 1∕8 tsp ground cin­na­mon

1∕8 to ¼ tsp ground cayenne pep­per, optional

In a small jar or con­tainer, mix to­gether all in­gre­di­ents.

HOW TO USE IT: Add 1 to 3 tbsp to 1 lb ground beef or turkey for tacos; rub 1 to 2 tbsp on steak, fish or chicken be­fore broil­ing or grilling; sprin­kle ½ tsp on a baked sweet potato.
