All the recipes in this sec­tion con­tain min­i­mal in­gre­di­ents so there’s less shop­ping, mea­sur­ing and chop­ping and more time to, you know, en­joy your­self.

One of the most com­mon re­quests we get here at Clean Eat­ing is for sim­pler, more stream­lined recipes that use fewer in­gre­di­ents. So this sea­son, when most peo­ple are buy­ing out the gro­cery store, we’re go­ing to do the ex­act op­po­site – we’re show­ing you how to do more with less. We put our best recipe de­vel­op­ers to the test to cre­ate pared-down recipes with just 10 in­gre­di­ents or less, not in­clud­ing salt and pep­per. Even our gor­geous holiday spread recipes are made easy for stress­free host­ing.
