Cranberry Turkey Flatbread


2 whole-wheat lavash flatbreads (6 x 8 inch)

1 cup cranberry sauce

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 oz goat cheese, crumbled

2 cups baby spinach

1½ cups shredded cooked turkey

3 tbsp chopped toasted walnuts

3 tbsp sliced pickled jalapeños

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place flatbreads on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 3 minutes. Top with cranberry sauce, cheeses and toppings, dividing evenly. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and browning.
